This sample shows how to build graph on formula from famous functions list.
  1. Select menu item <Fit><Famous functions>.
  2. The dialog 'Build function on formula' appears.
  3. Click the [Famous functions] tab and select Equation 'Parametric' and Function 'Astroid'.
  4. To set range of u, click 0-2pi.
  5. To translate graph, set values 'x = 4' and 'y = 3'.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. To vary parameter 'a' of Astroid equation, click the [Parameters] tab and select item 'Use parameter v with formula' checked.
  8. Set range of parameter 'v'.
  9. Click Apply.
