This tutorial shows how to build parametric graphs on formula.
  1. Select menu item <Fit><Add Function>.
  2. The 'Build function on formula' dialog appears.
  3. To build simple graph, click the [Formula] tab and set Y(u,v) = 2+u-sqrt(u), X(u,v) = 12+2*sin(u*5).
  4. Click Apply.
  5. To build graph with parameter 'v', click the [Formula] tab and set Y(u,v) = 5+4*cos(u*v), X(u,v)= 5+4*sin(u).
  6. Click the [Parameters] tab and select item 'Use parameter v' checked.
  7. Set range of parameter 'v'.
  8. Click Apply.
