This tutorial introduces the linear regression model.
  1. Select data series on left panel [Points].
  2. Select menu item <Fit><Linear regression>.
  3. The 'Linear regression' Wizard appears.
  4. On step 1 to add several basis functions, select items checked.
  5. New graph appeasr. See how curve fit conforms your data.
  6. Select weighting scheme.
  7. Vary the checked items to get best fit.
  8. On step 5 select line color and click Add Line.
  9. FindGraph copies information about data fitting to the Log Fitting Window. To view this window, select menu item <View><Fitting Log>.
