This tutorial covers how to apply Procrustes analysis.
  1. Select data series Right on panel [Points].
  2. Select menu item <Analysis><Procrustes>.
  3. The dialog appears.
  4. Select reference cluster Left from combobox.
  5. Click Select.... Dialog 'Keep labeled points' appears.
  6. Move mouse cursor on point and push the key Insert to add landmark.
  7. Add N = 8 landmarks.
  8. Close the dialog.
  9. Repeate steps to add N landmarks to experimental cluster.
  10. Click Apply.
  11. New graph appears.
  12. Select 'Stretching' and 'Shearing' items checked and Click Apply.
  13. Click the [Series] tab and select line color.
